Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders are dispatched from our local warehouse in each country, so there are no customs fees or import duties.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and packed within 1-2 business days. Bulk (by-the-kilo) and large orders may need up to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
- United Arab Emirates: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- Saudi Arabia: 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your city.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or because of courier delays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you pay. Any free-shipping offers are shown on the website and applied automatically at checkout.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. The courier may call you to arrange delivery, so please enter a reachable mobile number at checkout.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the recipient cannot be reached, re-delivery charges may apply.
