1. Overview

This website is operated by Lune and Leaf Establishment ("Lune & Leaf", "we", "us"). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products

We make every effort to show our products, colours and packaging accurately. Because our teas, infusions and saffron are natural products, small variations in colour, aroma and appearance may occur. Product images are for illustration.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) for the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Riyal (SAR) for Saudi Arabia, and include any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Bulk orders and gift boxes

Bulk (by-the-kilo) products are sold by weight in 100 g steps from a minimum of 1 kg. Gift boxes with selected flavours are assembled to order using the flavours you choose.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited in number or time, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, text, images and packaging designs, belongs to Lune & Leaf and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lune & Leaf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Please check product ingredients before use if you have allergies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
